CELCAA calls for a sine die tariff suspension in the EU-US aircraft dispute, ahead of the Foreign Council of 20th May 2021
Ahead of the Foreign Council on 20th May 2021, agri-food traders applaud the four-month suspension of the Airbus/Boeing tariffs and call EU leaders to continue the positive momentum in the Transatlantic relationship to ensure that agri-food products are permanently spared from retaliatory tariffs related to this dispute.
CELCAA members reiterate the huge harm in terms of cost and loss of market share that the products they represent -wine and cheese, amongst others- have borne for 20 months due to a wholly unrelated conflict.
