CELCAA (European Liaison Committee for Agricultural and Agri-Food Trade) is the umbrella organization representing European associations and companies in agricultural and agri-food trading.

Its full and affiliated members include cooperative and non-cooperative wholesale traders—collectors, distributors, storers, importers, and exporters—supplying feed materials to farmers and the compound feed industry, raw materials to the food industry, and food and drink to retailers (e.g., meat, eggs, fresh produce, and wine). At retail level, CELCAA represents the butcher craft sector.

CELCAA advocates on behalf of European agricultural and agri-food traders, engaging with EU institutions and other food supply chain stakeholders.

It keeps members abreast of the latest legislative and technical developments affecting agri-produce trade, focusing on horizontal interests without interfering with sector-specific concerns.
